Equipped to Fight Friction

Heavy equipment means heavy friction. ELEV8 contains nano-particles that reduce the friction between engine and other powertrain parts by filling in the microscopic gaps and imperfections in the parts’ surface and bonding to those surfaces to allow for unimpeded contact and execution. The smooth parts work together dramatically more efficiently than rough, untreated parts could ever do.

Engineered Lubricants Co. tested six different aspects of engine performance using the state-of-the-art Epsilon Linear Precision Test Machine with motor oil alone and then with motor oil treated with ELEV8. The results showed greatly enhanced operation with ELEV8 in every possible way. Most importantly, the Epsilon showed that ELEV8 reduced friction up to 75%, which opens the door to improvements in virtually all other areas of equipment performance.

Heavy equipment is often used to carry a heavy load, which – when added to the weight of the equipment itself – puts tremendous strain on powertrains. Adding ELEV8 to engine, transmission and differential lubricants significantly increases load capacity versus using lubricants without ELEV8. What’s more, ELEV8 also generates higher load capacity than other leading engine and powertrain treatments.

Extensive vee bar testing conducted by Engineered Lubricants Co. using industry standard ASTM D-3233 measured the load capacity of engine oil mixed with ELEV8 and seven leading additives. The results: All seven tests involving other additives failed; only the combination of the oil mixed with ELEV8 passed the test, and it passed with flying colors. Conclusion: If your heavy equipment is carrying a heavy load, it needs ELEV8.
