Proof of Accredited Investor Status

There are two options for documenting your accredited investor status:

• Document your net worth of at least $1 million (exclusive of the value of your primary residence). Acceptable documentation is a signed letter from your accountant on the accountant’s letterhead attesting that your net worth (exclusive of the value of your primary residence) is at least $1 million.
• Document that your gross income has been at least $200,000 ($300,000 if you are married) for the past two years and that you expect at least that much income for the current year. Acceptable documentation is the summary page for your tax returns for the past three years.

Once your documents have been submitted, they will be uploaded to and maintained on a fully encrypted cloud storage drive.  ONLY ELEV8 Performance Products’ CEO, CFO and corporate attorney will have access to these documents at any time.

When ELEV8 Performance Products’ CFO verifies your accredited investor status, you will be sent a confidential copy of the investor presentation.

NOTE:  Please ensure that your first and last name are included in the file names of the documents you upload.
